What size should I order?
We have a size guide that you can refer to for each item to know what size to order. Our clothes fit normally, however if you hesitate between two sizes we recommend that you take the larger size. If you have any questions, you can contact us via your customer area or by DM Instagram, we will be happy to help you.
Is it possible to change/cancel my order?
If your order is not yet being processed/ready to ship ,please email us through your customer area. On the other hand, if your order has already been dispatched, we will no longer be able to cancel it. Please check before confirming and paying for your order that the items in your basket are the ones you want to buy.
I want to change the delivery address, what should I do?
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us via your customer area as soon as possible once your order has been validated. If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to change the destination address, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order has already been shipped, it will be your responsibility to contact the chosen delivery service to redirect your package to a new destination address.
What is the status of my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking number will be communicated to you through which you can follow its delivery.
What is your return policy ?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, with sealed tags and in their original packaging.
If you wish to return your item, you must make a request in your customer area, and we will send you a prepaid return form. Please keep the proof of deposit of your return in a safe place. We will only be able to proceed with the refund once the package has been received at our premises, and only if it meets the return conditions set out above. The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase.

I want to exchange my item, is it possible?
We do not make exchanges. If you wish to order another size, please proceed with the refund of your item and then proceed with a new order.
Where do you ship orders from?
Orders are shipped from our premises in the Paris region.
What are the different shipping options?
We ship our orders via La Poste with the Colissimo Suivi service.
What are the delivery times ?

How much is shipping ?
Delivery costs are free in Metropolitan France above 199€ (Corsica & Monaco included)
My package has not arrived, what should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us via the messaging service in your customer area and we’ll help you locate it.
