Orders are delivered in Europe to the following countries:

Orders are shipped from our office in the Paris region.
DELIVERY TIMES – METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Orders are processed within 72 hours of their validation.
Delivery times are 3 to 5 days from the delivery of the package to the carrier.
The delivery costs are 8€ in Metropolitan France.
Delivery costs are free for all orders greater than or equal to €199.
Orders are shipped with Colissimo Suivi with tracking and delivery with signature.
DELIVERY TIMES – DOM-TOM & INTERNATIONAL
Orders are processed within 72 hours of their validation.
Delivery times are 8 to 10 days from the delivery of the package to the carrier. Delivery charges are applied to your order when validating your basket.
Delivery within the European Union is not subject to taxes, however, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes applied by the country of destination at the time of delivery of your package.
International orders are shipped by La Poste Colissimo with delivery against signature.

Whether for orders in France or internationally, we always strive to respect delivery times, however these may be extended during exceptional periods (holidays, holidays, etc.). Occasional updates to our systems or cases of force majeure, such as particularly bad weather conditions, may lead to the suspension of these delivery services, a modification of the cut-off time to benefit from them and/or an extension of the delivery time. However, we are doing everything we can to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Beyond the maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days for Metropolitan France and forty-five (45) days for international and Dom-Tom, the buyer can ask to be reimbursed for his order.

DELIVERY TRACKING
Once your order has been validated, an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of its shipment accompanied by a tracking number which will allow you to follow the delivery of your package.
DAMMAGED ARTICLE
If ever the item received is damaged, we invite you to contact our customer service.
To do this, log in to your customer space with your e-mail address and your order number to let us know of the problem encountered. We ask you in advance to provide us with photos in order to identify the problem and offer you the most suitable solution.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If the buyer has not received his order, he must first check the information provided when placing your order. Any incomplete or invalid address then leads to an inability to deliver.
If the buyer’s address is correct and the delivery has not taken place, the latter must contact customer service as soon as possible.
In addition,iméra can’t be held responsible for theft or loss of the package, once delivery has been made to the correct address.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
The company does not make exchanges. If the buyer wishes to order an article in a different size, he will have to make a return and then order the article again in the desired size.
To make a return, the cardboard label attached to the garment must be intact. The item must be intact, and not have been worn. iméra will not be able to accept the return of an article presenting any deteriorations (perfum, cigarette smell, dammaged article, washed…).
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
RETURNS FROM METROPOLITAN FRANCE
To make a return, the buyer must send an e-mail from his customer account within14 days from the day after receipt of his order.. Beyond this period, iméra will not be able to honor this request. Once the return request has been made, the buyer will receive a pre-paid return slip by e-mail. Once the return has been received at the company’s premises, if it meets the conditions indicated above, the company will issue a refund to the method of payment used at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) days. open. The time it takes to receive the amount in the buyer’s bank account may vary depending on the terms of their bank.
Return costs are offered in Metropolitan France.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
RETURNS FOR DOM-TOM & INTERNATIONAL
To make a return, the buyer must send an e-mail from his customer account within14 days from the day after receipt of his order.. Beyond this period, iméra will not be able to honor this request.
The return costs are the same amount as the delivery costs. These vary by country.
Once the return request has been made, the buyer will receive a pre-paid return slip by e-mail. Once the return has been received at the company’s premises, if it meets the conditions indicated above, the company will make a refund to the payment method used during the purchase, deducting the return costs from the total amount of its initial order, within thirty (30) working days.
The time it takes to receive the amount in the buyer’s bank account may vary depending on the terms of their bank.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
